“Asyl Besik – Aksuat” is an arts and sports festival held in the Aksuat district of Abai Region. The festival promotes national sports and culture and features a variety of competitions and artistic programs.

During the event, wrestlers compete on the traditional wrestling mat, strong horses are tested in the alaman baige long-distance horse race, and skilled riders showcase their abilities. The national sport of audaryspak (horseback wrestling) is also included in the program.

As part of the festival, a Republican Togyzkumalak tournament is organized, bringing together intellectual game masters from different regions of the country. In addition, a book-reading competition titled “Artik bilim – kitapta” is held.

The cultural program is also rich and diverse. Audiences will enjoy a solo creative concert titled “Rukh” by the Alatau Serileri performance group. The ASSYLTAS Theatre will also stage a musical performance called “A Village Evening is Joyful.”

The festival concludes with a grand gala concert featuring popular pop stars.
